Description
A 42-story, 140 unit, condominium building in Century City constructed in 2009. The penthouses contain multistory curtain walls and skylights. The owner had reported multiple leaks in the system.
Scope of Work
FEC directed the testing and investigation of the unit’s existing curtain wall system. FEC designed repairs and observed the repair work. The repair work was tested and verified a successful repair.
