Located in Tucson, Arizona, this 144-room hotel is part of the redevelopment of the Foothills Mall site, introducing a modern hospitality tailored to today’s fast-paced lifestyle. The building features open and engaging common areas designed to encourage collaboration and social connection, along with premium amenities including a fitness center, outdoor pool, restaurant, and café. Guest rooms are thoughtfully designed to balance comfort and functionality. From an enclosure perspective, the façade incorporates a curtain wall system at the lower podium levels to enhance transparency and visual connection, transitioning to a punched window system at the guestroom levels to ensure thermal performance and design efficiency.
Scope of Work
Falcon Edge is contracted through Mayse & Associates Inc. to conduct a design review and consultation for the entire building. This includes the design phase, construction administration allowing for submittal reviews and shop drawing reviews and technical guidance, consulting with the Architect and or owner in regards to recommendations made.
