Description

The INclave is a five-story mixed-use building with two-stories of commercial on the ground floor and three-stories of luxury apartments. Branded as live, work, play, this project offers a variety of amenities including a large courtyard, terraces, individual balconies, and a lounge pavilion for its 49 residences.

Scope of Work

FEC was called by the general contractor when there was a request to use a different type of window and door system throughout the residences in the building. We reviewed the novel windows for performance concerns within the existing design of the building enclosure. FEC designed new installation and transition details and oversaw the construction of a full-scale performance mock-up. Throughout construction, FEC made further recommendations to address other performance concerns across the building.
