Description

A 45-unit wood-framed apartment building next to CBS Studios and The Grove shopping center. The building features covered parking, an indoor common area, lightwell and center courtyard with elevated walking decks to access the units, and a large rooftop patio.

Scope of Work

FEC was called by the owners during construction due to installation and sequencing concerns. We reviewed the current state of construction, provided additional details to mitigate water intrusion, and provided recommendations to resolve the installation issues observed on site.
