Description
A 240,000 sf, 8-story core-and-shell commercial building with a detached 5-story parking garage housing 471 parking spaces. The exterior of the building is primarily glazing with private terrace areas punched out for the tenants.
Scope of Work
FEC has been a part of this project since design. FEC is assisting in choosing products and systems to be used, designing details, and developing specifications. FEC will continue to provide consulting services for the entire building enclosure through bidding and construction by providing construction administration services and construction observations.
