Description

The Waverly is a six-story mixed-use building on Ocean Avenue near Santa Monica’s 3rd Street Promenade just steps away from the Santa Monica Pier. The building includes sixty-five luxury residences with large windows providing views of the Santa Monica Mountains, the Pacific Ocean, and the City of Santa Monica.

Scope of Work

The window system used throughout the Waverly had inherent issues leading to a number of leaks in the largest windows with the most exposure. FEC directed the testing and investigation of the existing fenestration throughout the project. Based on the results of the investigation, FEC has designed repair procedures and oversaw the repair work and verified the success of the repairs through quality assurance testing.
